The Rock and Roll Vegetarian has been in the kitchen with the video camera once again!!

We have posted a video to YouTube, on the “Rock and Roll Vege” channel, for a very tasty vegetarian Chestnut Stuffing with Vegetarian Sausage, just in time for this year’s Thanksgiving!!   In our family, chestnut stuffing is a constant on the holidays.  What make this so great is that now you can buy chestnuts pre-shelled and pre-cooked out of a jar.  That makes a huge difference, and is still very tasty.

If you want to go vegan on this just make sure the sausage is vegan.  Ours was not.
