I saw this on Oprah actually, and if one wants a good show about diet and health, vegetarian, vegan, but also for meat eaters, this Oprah show is informative. I’m not quite up for posting a whole Oprah show though, but here is Alicia Silverstone, vegetarian, from Oprah:
